1) Upload your photo through February 2nd at 11:59 p.m., and tell us in 100 words or less why your Valentine is special. (Go to the submissions tab for this step.)
2) Starting February 3rd through the 11th at 11:59 p.m., cast your vote for your favorite Valentine photo and story.
3) Winners will be announced on February 14th in the paper and then on this site.
There will be great prizes for you and your Valentine to enjoy. Be on the lookout for prize information in The Roanoke Times. First, second and third place will be decided by popular vote .
